Welcome to the TWA 2026 Fall Conference page! This event brings together water professionals from across the water community for educational sessions, networking events, and important conversations on the issues related to water policy in Texas. Whether you're a longtime member or joining us for the first time, we look forward to welcoming you to San Antonio.

Registration is open for the 2026 Fall Conference. Please note, TWA members must be logged in to receive the discounted member rate. Volunteer Event. Join us for a tour of the H2Oaks Center, hosted by our friends at San Antonio Water System. Sign up here. Golf Tournament. The 17th Annual Fall Classic Golf Tournament will be held on Wednesday, October 7. Register for Golf. Conference registrations canceled by September 4th will receive a refund less a 10% processing fee. After this date, registrations are non-refundable. Keynotes + ProgramDRAFT PROGRAM→
The Draft Program is here! This year’s program includes keynote speakers State Rep. Armando Walle, PUC Commissioner Courtney Hjaltman, and TWDB Director Brady Franks. Topics will include Key Water Data Needs, Confronting Corpus Christi’s Historic Drought Through Diversification, Texas Demographic Patterns, Industry Perspectives on Water, and Data Center Water Use. The TWA room block at the San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk is now full. Standard-rate rooms may be available by booking directly with the hotel. Waitlist. Please complete the waitlist form to be notified if rooms in our block become available. For those on our waitlist, we recommend securing a backup hotel room at another venue that can be canceled in the event we are able to get you a room in our block. We hope to contact all waitlisters by September 21. Cancellations. Please DO NOT cancel with the hotel. Instead, email us with your reservation number(s) so we can reassign the room to someone on the waitlist. Please review our Hotel Policies here. CONFERENCE POLICIESRegistration Cancellations. Registrations canceled by the Early Bird deadline, September 4, will receive a full refund less a 10% processing fee. After this date, registrations are non-refundable (except in cases of emergency). Room Block. The TWA Room Block is exclusively for registered attendees. TWA has a limited number of rooms in our Room Block at the San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk. The hotel cutoff date is September 15. Room Cancellations & Waitlist. Last-minute cancellations can lead to penalties for TWA, even with a long waitlist for rooms in our block. Please do not cancel your room directly with the hotel. Instead, contact us so we can reassign your reservation to someone on the waitlist. If your full request is not available, please book the nights available through the room block link, then complete the waitlist form to request any additional night(s). Policies.
